New builds designed from the ground up, and full scale renovations.
In the Oaks
2025 · New Construction. The floor plan was drawn around the property’s existing California Live Oaks, not the other way around. Inside, a Mediterranean-transitional palette stays deliberately spare: cream stucco, a black-and-white primary bath.
Windows to the Vineyard
2025 · Complete Re-Build. Almost nothing remained of the original house by the time this project was finished. A full re-build and addition, oriented around walls of steel-framed windows that open the kitchen and living spaces to the vineyard beyond. White oak cabinetry and aged brass keep the mood close to the view outside.
The Twin Arches
2024 · New Construction Ranchette. A new-construction ranchette anchored by vaulted timber-beam ceilings and a primary bath framed by a pair of matching arched niches. Warm oak millwork and marble throughout keep the scale of the home from feeling formal.
The Long Pasture
2021 · New Construction Ranchette. A ground-up ranchette designed for a young family, with a quieter, more tailored palette. Gray stone, brushed brass, and cabinetry built to hold up to everyday life without looking like it.
